(3) An appendectomy and Honeymoon with Audrey put Sheardown behind in his trips. While doing a catch-up
with F/O John Keslick was bailed out which resulted in 2 broken legs. Sheardown eventually finished his tour with other pilots. Gord Ritchie filled in as Rear Gunner and his last 14 trips with us completed his tour.
(4)Moody was
posted out by the Group Captain to Sheffield. Staples took over and did 12 trips with us to complete his second tour. Moody eventually returned to 429 and complete a tour.

did 24 missions in MZ 288; one in each of LV 914; LV993; LV964; MZ903;MZ285;LW684;MZ282;MZ357 and two in LW691.
